At Manmandir Ethnic, we strive to deliver your orders safely and efficiently, both within India and across the globe. We currently ship across India and internationally to over 200+ countries.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping in India on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below ₹10,000.

  • Free International Shipping on orders above US $300 for customers located in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

  • Shipping fees for all other orders are calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

    • Return or exchange pickup requests

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in case of partial order cancellations.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

The estimated delivery timeline for each product is clearly mentioned on its respective product page. Customers are advised to review the expected delivery schedule before placing an order.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customization requirements

  • Public holidays and peak shopping seasons

Please note that shipments to remote or less accessible locations may require additional transit time.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, transit disruptions, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect the final delivery date.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Courier partner details

  • Tracking/AWB number

You can use the tracking number on the courier partner's official website or mobile application (where available) to monitor your shipment in real time.

International Shipping & Customs Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Duty Payment Assurance

Manmandir Ethnic and our authorized delivery partners will never request NRI or international customers to make customs duty or tax payments directly to any individual or unofficial source.

If customs charges are applicable, they will be processed only through the official customs authority or the designated courier service handling your shipment.

Unpaid Customs Duties & Taxes

If customs duties, taxes, or import charges remain unpaid:

  • The shipment may be held by customs authorities or the courier partner.

  • The shipment may be returned to the sender.

  • The shipment may be disposed of or handled according to local regulations.

Any costs arising from such situations, including but not limited to:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Customs handling fees

  • Storage charges

  • Administrative expenses

will be borne entirely by the customer.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed only after deducting all shipping, return transit, customs, handling, and processing charges incurred.

Returns & Exchanges for International Orders

Orders refused or declined at the time of delivery due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import charges will not be eligible for:

  • Return

  • Refund

  • Exchange
